Chaveyz Logistics & Service Partner Network
Support the journey from orchard to international market.
Exporting premium agricultural products requires coordinated execution across origin logistics, international transportation and destination-market distribution. Chaveyz Global Ventures is building a qualified network of logistics companies, freight specialists, customs professionals, treatment facilities, laboratories, warehouses, transporters and other specialist service providers capable of supporting one or more stages of the supply chain.
An expression of interest takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Registration does not constitute appointment, approval, exclusivity, a request for quotation, a purchase order or a commitment of business.
Four stages, one chain
Register for the stages you can support, not the ones you cannot.
A mango leaves the orchard in Pakistan and reaches a customer in the United States only if every handoff in between is executed on time: the pickup, the packing-house transfer, the airport acceptance, the flight, the recovery, the treatment, the cold store and the final delivery.
Chaveyz would rather qualify the companies that perform those steps before a season starts than appoint them under pressure during one. That means understanding early who does what directly, who works through agents and subcontractors, and what each partner can evidence.
Applicants may select more than one area. The form shows only the sections relevant to the services you select, so a Multan reefer operator is never asked about FMCSA authority and a Houston carrier is never asked about plant-quarantine coordination.
Pakistan origin and pre-export
From orchard, farm or packing house through export clearance and delivery to the international carrier: pickup, reefer transport, cold-chain staging, airport transfer, documentation and plant-quarantine coordination.
International freight and cargo
From acceptance by the international carrier through arrival at the destination airport, port or cargo terminal: airfreight, ocean freight, consolidation, charter, air waybills, tracking and cargo insurance.
United States post-arrival
From cargo arrival and recovery through treatment, cold storage, regional distribution and final delivery: customs brokerage, CBP-sealed transfer, irradiation coordination, refrigerated trucking and last mile.
Specialist and professional services
Technical, regulatory, inspection, testing, insurance, treatment, advisory and technology services that support one or more stages of the chain.
Planned work, not spot panic
Qualified partners are approached with forecast volumes and seasonal programs rather than an urgent call for a truck that was needed yesterday.
Clear scope and clear records
Where we engage, the scope, the service levels, the evidence expected and the commercial terms are agreed in writing before any assignment begins.
We welcome registrations from
- Transporters, reefer fleet operators and last-mile delivery companies
- Freight forwarders, consolidators, charter brokers and airline handling agents
- Customs brokers and export-documentation specialists
- Cold stores, warehouses and cross-dock operators
- Irradiation, hot-water treatment and fumigation providers
- Laboratories, inspection companies, certification bodies and cargo surveyors
- Customs, FSVP, FDA, USDA and food-safety consultants
- Insurance brokers, cargo underwriters and claims specialists
- Refrigeration technicians, calibration providers and technology implementation partners
Register the stages your organization can support directly. Services performed through subcontractors, agents or affiliated companies must be clearly disclosed as such: undisclosed subcontracting is the single fastest way to end a partnership.
How it works
- 01
Select your stages
Tell us which legs of the supply chain you support and which service category you belong to. The rest of the form follows those answers.
- 02
Expression of interest
Company identity, coverage, key licences, capacity, experience, insurance status and commercial model. Around 10 to 15 minutes.
- 03
Initial review
Your registration is reviewed against the supply-chain stages and service categories you selected, and against current and upcoming requirements.
- 04
Qualification dossier
Shortlisted companies receive the full questionnaire for their stages: authority evidence, fleet or facility records, policies, service-level data, sample reports and references.
- 05
Assessment and pilot
Where there is a fit we may request a facility, fleet or systems assessment, a quotation, or a pilot assignment before any ongoing work is agreed.
Registration is the first stage of assessment only. Chaveyz may accept, defer or decline any registration based on requirements, capacity, geography, compliance, insurance or service suitability.
