Zulq Trading LLC (Zulq Trading) collects only what we need to take your order and deliver your mangoes. This page explains what we collect, why, and who helps us process it.
What we collect
Your name, email, and phone number; your delivery address and its approximate map coordinates (used to confirm you're inside a delivery zone); and your order details. Payment card information is entered directly with our payment processor and never touches our servers.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, verify your delivery address, send you order and delivery updates, show your order history if you sign in, and prevent fraud and overselling. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We rely on a few trusted providers, each processing your data only to provide their service: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (order emails), Mapbox (address autocomplete and geocoding), Supabase (database and sign-in), and Vercel (hosting). We may also disclose information if required by law.
The order-related emails we send are necessary to complete your purchase. Any waitlist or back-in-stock notices are sent only if you ask for them, and you can reply to any message to opt out.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to remember your cart and keep your checkout and sign-in session working. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we're not required to keep.
Your choices
Email us any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or with any privacy question.
Children
Our site is intended for adults placing orders and is not directed at children.
