Refund & guarantee

Because mangoes are pre-ordered days ahead, you pay in full when you reserve your boxes. Here's how refunds work.

If a shipment can't be fulfilled

Air freight, customs, and irradiation occasionally cause a shipment to be delayed or fall short. If we can't deliver the boxes you reserved, you receive a full refund to your original payment method, and we'll email you to explain what happened.

Quality guarantee

We handle every box with care, but mangoes are perishable. If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Deliveries cannot be left at the door; an adult must be available to receive the mangoes, and the courier will photograph the box contents in your presence.

Ripening is not a defect

Your mangoes are intentionally shipped mature but firm so they arrive in the best possible condition, then ripen naturally at home over a few days. A firm mango on delivery day is fruit doing exactly what it should; see our ripening guide for how to know when they're ready.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order before the shipment ships? Email us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once a box is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are processed back to your original card through our payment processor (Stripe). Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
