Delivery policy
Zulq Trading sells fresh mangoes by pre-order. Each shipment is flown from the orchard in Pakistan, irradiated and cold-chain handled, and delivered across Houston once it lands.
One shipment, one delivery
Every variety on a flight is harvested to travel together, so your whole order arrives in a single cold box when the shipment lands, never split across multiple deliveries. We'll email you as soon as your box is on its way.
Where we deliver
We self-deliver by local courier within our Houston delivery zone. Your address is verified at checkout; if it's outside the area we won't be able to complete the order.
Receiving your box
Fresh fruit can't sit in the Texas heat, so deliveries cannot be left at the door; an adult must be available to receive the mangoes. The courier will photograph the box contents in your presence, so both of us know exactly how your fruit arrived.
Delivery fee
Delivery cost depends on your delivery ZIP, set to cover real cold-chain handling. It's shown clearly before you pay.
Staying informed
You'll get an order confirmation by email right away, then a shipped / out-for-delivery notice once the flight arrives and your box is on its way. Please make sure an adult can receive the box, or leave delivery notes at checkout.
