Delivery policy
Zulq Trading sells fresh mangoes by pre-order. Each shipment is flown from the orchard in Pakistan, irradiated and cold-chain handled, and delivered across Houston once it lands.
Any arrival date shown on the site or at checkout is our best estimate for the current flight, not a guaranteed delivery date. Fresh fruit moves on its own schedule and a flight can shift by a few days; if it does, we email you the new window.
One shipment, one delivery per address
Every variety on a flight is harvested to travel together, so everything going to one address arrives in a single cold box when the shipment lands, never split across multiple deliveries. If you send boxes to friends and family in the same order, each of them gets their own delivery on the same run. We'll email you as soon as each box is on its way.
Sending mangoes as a gift
You can send boxes to as many people as you like in one order, and the price break counts every box together even though the deliveries are separate. Each address is checked against our delivery area at checkout, and each one is charged its own delivery fee. We ask for the recipient's phone number because our driver calls at the door. Their price is never shown to them: we get in touch with a recipient only on delivery day, and your note is handed over with the box.
Where we deliver
We self-deliver by local courier within our Houston delivery zone. Your address is verified at checkout; if it's outside the area we won't be able to complete the order.
Receiving your box
Fresh fruit can't sit in the Texas heat, so deliveries cannot be left at the door; an adult must be available to receive the mangoes. The courier will photograph the box contents in your presence, so both of us know exactly how your fruit arrived.
Delivery fee
Delivery cost depends on your delivery ZIP, set to cover real cold-chain handling. It's shown clearly before you pay.
Staying informed
You'll get an order confirmation by email right away, then a shipped / out-for-delivery notice once the flight arrives and your box is on its way. Please make sure an adult can receive the box, or leave delivery notes at checkout.
