Terms of sale

These terms govern mango pre-orders placed on this site with Zulq Trading LLC (Zulq Trading), the authorized US distributor of Chaveyz premium Pakistani mangoes. By reserving boxes you agree to them.

Pre-order & payment

Mangoes are sold by pre-order and flown in fresh for each shipment. Your boxes are held for a few minutes while you check out, and you pay in full at the time you reserve. Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds; we'll email you a confirmation right away.

Order cutoff

Each shipment has an order cutoff shown on the site. Every order placed before the cutoff is aggregated into that flight's harvest. Once the cutoff passes, ordering closes for that shipment and reservations can no longer be made.

Availability

Quantities are limited per variety and sold first-come. If a variety sells out you can join its waitlist and we'll email you if boxes free up. In the rare case a shipment falls short at the airport (air freight, customs, or irradiation), we may need to refund all or part of an affected order; see our refund & guarantee policy.

Delivery

We self-deliver by local courier within our Houston delivery zone only. Your address is verified at checkout; if it falls outside the zone we can't complete the order. Every variety on a flight arrives together in a single cold box once the flight lands, and any delivery fee is shown before you pay. An adult must be available to receive the box; deliveries cannot be left unattended.

Pricing & taxes

Prices are in US dollars and shown clearly before you pay, along with any delivery fee and applicable taxes. We may adjust prices between shipments, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Perishable goods & quality

Mangoes are shipped mature but firm so they arrive in the best possible condition, then ripen at home over a few days; a firm mango on delivery day is not a defect. If your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations & refunds

Need to change or cancel before your shipment is out for delivery? Email us as early as possible and we'll do our best. Full details of how refunds work are in our refund & guarantee policy.

You can check out as a guest or sign in with a one-time email link to see your order history. Please keep your contact and delivery details accurate so we can reach you about your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, where Zulq Trading LLC is based.
